Unfortunately, payments for all non-refundable rate plans are taken at the time of booking and therefore are unable to be processed in cash unless guest is present at time of booking.

Cancellation must be received by 1pm MNT 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. If a guest cancels their reservation after the specified time frames, the guest is subject to charge for the entire reservation total.

For reservations of two accommodations, a notice of one week is required. Reservations of three or more rooms must be prepaid and are non-refundable upon cancellation. If, by 11:00am on the morning following the scheduled arrival, a guest has neither arrived, cancelled their reservation, nor notified us of a delay in their arrival, the reservation will be deemed cancelled, and the guest will be charged for the entire reservation total.

If your stay exceeds 4 nights a full linen change is provided during your time with us.

Guests who have purchased a ‘Go Green’ promotional rate and opted for no housekeeping will only have a regular rubbish collection included in their housekeep. Additional housekeeping items are available for purchase.
