Check-in time is 4:00pm. Check-out time is 11:00am. Please note that a valid ID and credit card are mandatory during check-in for security purposes. Payment for the total cost of your reservation will be processed 72 hours prior to your check-in.
For late arrival after office hours, please contact us during the day to provide your room information and code to the door.
Your reservation is guaranteed until on the day of arrival. After that time, it will no longer be guaranteed and the room may be reassigned. We will charge your credit card within 5 days after we have confirmed your reservation. The hotel has the right to cancel your reservation if we do not receive the PRE-PAYMENT DEPOSIT. We will send you a cancellation confirmation via email immediately after cancelling your booking.

Please carefully read our cancellation policy. So to save any misunderstanding we would be grateful if you can observe the following:
$25 fee applies to ALL cancelled reservations.
Cancellation must be received by 1pm MNT 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival. If a guest cancels their reservation after the specified time frames, the guest is subject to charge for the entire reservation total.
For reservations of two accommodations, a notice of one week is required. Reservations of three or more rooms must be prepaid and are non-refundable upon cancellation.
If the guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are 50% refunded.
Cancellation Policy for“Non-refundable rate”
The total price of the reservation will be charged right away after booking and is non-refundable.
In case of a “no-show”, the total price of the reservation will be charged and is non- refundable. If, by 11:00am on the morning following the scheduled arrival, a guest has neither arrived, cancelled their reservation, nor notified us of a delay in their arrival, the reservation will be deemed cancelled, and the guest will be charged for the entire reservation total.
There is only one way in which we can acknowledge cancellation of the guest’s reservation; the guest MUST send a cancellation request stating the reservation number via email to the following address: chaletinn18@gmail.com
All cancellations are confirmed via email immediately after the reservation has been cancelled.
For reservations made through a third party please contact them.
The Chalet Inn maintains a no-smoking policy throughout the premises. Smoking in non-smoking areas, including guests' assigned rooms, will result in a $250 cleaning fee. Guests bringing an unauthorized pet into the room will incur a $250 cleaning fee. Furthermore, The Chalet Inn is a drug-free environment. Should any hazardous drug paraphernalia be discovered in the room, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to hotel property during their stay and will be charged accordingly for materials and labor to repair and replace.
This property is privately owned and operated, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, without providing cause or reason. Excessive noise and other disturbances that adversely affect the comfort or safety of other hotel guests are strictly prohibited. The hotel reserves the right to enter guest rooms for cleaning, maintenance, or emergency purposes. The maximum number of guests per room must not be exceeded.
Your reservation with us affirms that you and your party acknowledge and agree to comply with the hotel's policies along with all applicable federal, state and local laws. You hereby assume all risks and responsibilities associated with your stay, thereby releasing the hotel from any liability for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings.
The standard booking price includes the following: -All taxes-Utilities (water, gas and electricity) -Internet and TV usage -Towels, bed linen and hairdryer -Cleaning before and after your stay - All apartment amenities and facilities as mentioned on our website pages and in our correspondence.
When you make a reservation you are booking a room type (not a specific room number or location). Each room type includes similar size and equipment, however, interior design can be different.

If you are already staying with us and you would like to stay longer, please let us know before check out or as soon as you decide to enjoy more of Whitefish, we will try to keep you in the same room if possible.
